Graduation Pledge Forms

  • Forms will be passed out to students the end of January 2026
  • Approved presenters are:
    • A Westerville City School staff member (compensated by the Board of Education), past or present, who has made a significant impact in the student’s life. High School students may not present diplomas
    • A certified teacher, school counselor, or administrator employed by the Delaware/Columbus Career Centers
    • A member of the local Board of Education
    • An instructor of a recognized pre-apprenticeship program operating in partnership with Westerville City Schools
  • Forms are Due: Friday, March 20th

  • The Warhawk Touchdown Club will be selling GRADUATION YARD BANNERS

  • Banners can be picked up in the athletic office
  • Price is $85 - including yard poles & stakes!

Graduation Flowers and Class Apparel

This is last year’s information and will be updated as soon as we receive the new information/flyer for 2026.

Guidance Department: Seniors Information

We are in the full swing of college applications. Pay attention to deadlines. Talk to your school counselors if you have questions. Below are helpful links that will help you with the college application process:

The FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid is NOW OPEN!

Here are some quick tips to get started.  

  • FSA ID – Before completing the FAFSA, both the student and one parent each need to create their own unique Federal Student Aid (FSA) username and password at studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch.
  • Items needed to fill out FAFSA: Link
  • The FSA ID is used to sign the FAFSA online, as well as to access and modify the FAFSA after it has been submitted, if needed.
  • Review attached 2025-2026 FA Night HANDOUT for an overview.
  • Many college Financial Aid offices will communicate with students via the college portal or their college email address. Students need to activate and monitor ALL portals and email addresses consistently.
